Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Astromania Private Limited, we value your trust and strive to provide the best possible service.
Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Consultations
- Cancellations: Cancellation can be requested only up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: If you wish to change your appointment, it must also be requested 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Requests made later will not be accommodated.
- No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- Refunds: Once a consultation is completed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Courses
- Cancellations: If you cancel enrollment before the course start date, you are eligible for a refund minus administrative charges.
- After Course Start: Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- Transfers: In special cases, you may request to transfer your seat to another batch, subject to availability.
3. Technical Issues
- If services are disrupted due to technical problems on our side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
4. Payment Gateway
- Payments are processed through Razorpay. Any delays or technical issues related to payment are subject to Razorpay’s terms.
